UK Shipping Methods & Costs

Thornberry currently delivers only to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are prepared by our fulfilment partner and dispatched with tracking where available.

Delivery charges

Orders under £50: £5 standard delivery
Orders of £50 or more: free UK delivery

The free-delivery threshold is calculated after discounts and before any optional paid services.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated total delivery time is 5–14 working days. This estimate already includes the usual 1–3 working day processing time; it is not added on top.

Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by peak periods, severe weather, carrier disruption or an incomplete address.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are normally checked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, we will send any available tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery address

Please check your name, postcode and full delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after processing has started.

Delayed or missing orders

If tracking has not updated for several working days or your order has not arrived after 14 working days, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.

Customs and import handling

Some orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China. If a carrier or authority requests information or payment relating to an order, please contact us before making an unexpected payment so that we can help verify the request.
