Where do you deliver?

Thornberry currently delivers only within the United Kingdom. We do not currently accept international delivery addresses.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £5. Delivery is free when your order subtotal reaches £50 after discounts.

How long will my order take?

The estimated total delivery time is 5–14 working days. The usual 1–3 working day processing time is already included in that estimate.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after dispatch. Tracking may take a short time to show its first carrier update.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the methods displayed at checkout: supported credit and debit cards through WooPayments, plus Apple Pay or Google Pay when available on your device and browser. We do not currently offer PayPal or Shop Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing has started.

What is your return period?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for approval and return instructions before sending an item back.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund instructions.

Materials vary by design. Please check the individual product page for the most specific information available. If you have a sensitivity or need more detail, contact us before ordering.
