Where do you deliver?
Thornberry currently delivers only within the United Kingdom. We do not currently accept international delivery addresses.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £5. Delivery is free when your order subtotal reaches £50 after discounts. If you use the £5-off code, your basket must be at least £55 before the discount to remain eligible for free delivery.
How long will my order take?
The estimated total delivery time is 5–14 working days. The usual 1–3 working day processing time is already included in that estimate.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, it will be emailed after dispatch. Tracking may take a short time to show its first carrier update.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the methods displayed at checkout: supported credit and debit cards through WooPayments, PayPal, and Apple Pay or Google Pay when available on your device and browser. Pay Later may also be shown to eligible PayPal customers. Availability varies, so the checkout page is the final list for your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing has started.
What is your return period?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are sent to our return facility in Guangzhou, China. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for international return postage. Contact us for approval, the correct address and instructions before sending an item back.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund instructions.
