Payment Methods

Thornberry Shop accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout for your device and order. Orders are charged in pounds sterling (GBP), and all product prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.

Credit and debit cards

You can pay using supported credit and debit cards through WooPayments. Major cards may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, subject to the card issuer’s approval.

PayPal and express checkout

  • PayPal when the PayPal option is displayed at checkout.
  • Pay Later when offered by PayPal and available for your account and purchase.
  • Apple Pay when available on your device, browser and bank.
  • Google Pay when available on your device, browser and bank.

Wallet and instalment options can vary by device, browser, location, account eligibility and payment-provider settings. If a particular button is not shown, choose another method displayed at checkout.

Payment security

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions are processed securely by WooPayments and its payment-processing partners. PayPal transactions are processed securely by PayPal. Thornberry Shop does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

Currency and bank charges

Orders are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Your bank, card issuer or wallet provider may apply its own currency-conversion, overseas-transaction or authorisation fees if your account uses another currency. These fees are controlled by your provider.

Payment problems

If a payment is declined, check that your billing details match those held by your payment provider and try again or use another available method. Do not repeatedly submit payment if you are unsure whether the order was created.

If you believe you were charged more than once, or payment was taken without an order confirmation, contact support@thornberryshop.com with the email address used at checkout and any order number. Do not send your full card number or security code.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method in accordance with our Cancellation & Return Policy. After we issue a refund, your bank or wallet provider may take additional working days to display it.
