Secure Purchasing

Payments on Thornberry are processed through WooPayments. Only the methods actually shown at checkout are available for an order.

Secure payment fields

Card details are entered in secure payment fields supplied by WooPayments and its payment infrastructure. Full card numbers are not displayed in full to Thornberry.

Available payment methods

• Supported credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as displayed at checkout.
• Apple Pay when supported by the customer’s device, browser and bank.
• Google Pay when supported by the customer’s device, browser and bank.

We do not currently advertise PayPal or Shop Pay because they are not enabled at checkout.

Protecting your account

Use a strong, unique password if you create an account. Thornberry will never ask you to send a full card number, card security code or account password by email or through the contact form.

Payment problems

If payment is declined, check the billing details and try the card option shown at checkout, or contact your bank. For an order-status question, use our Contact Us page and include the order number.
