These Terms of Use apply when you visit thornberryshop.com or buy products from Thornberry Shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. About Thornberry Shop

Thornberry Shop is an online jewellery retailer trading through thornberryshop.com. You can contact us through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number when contacting us about an order.

2. Products and product information

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately. Colours and scale may vary slightly between screens, photography and the finished item. Materials, measurements and care information shown on the relevant product page form part of the product description.

Product availability can change. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

3. Prices and promotions

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The price, delivery charge and any applicable adjustments shown at checkout make up your order total. Promotional codes must be entered before payment and cannot normally be applied retrospectively. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.

4. Placing an order

After you place an order, we will send an order acknowledgement. A contract is formed when we accept the order and begin processing it. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, the delivery address is outside our supported area, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. These currently include supported credit and debit cards processed through WooPayments, and Apple Pay or Google Pay when available on the customer’s device and browser. Availability can vary by device, bank and order. We do not currently offer PayPal or Shop Pay.

6. UK delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is £5, and delivery is free when the order subtotal reaches £50 after discounts.

Our estimated total delivery time is 5–14 working days. This estimate already includes the usual 1–3 working day processing period. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Full details are available in our Shipping Methods & Costs policy.

7. Cancellations and 30-day returns

You may ask us to cancel an order before dispatch, although cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

For eligible items, Thornberry offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This commercial policy is more generous than the minimum statutory cancellation period and does not replace or reduce your legal rights. Tell us through our Cancellation & Return Policy before sending anything back.

Items must normally be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging. Personalised items and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken may be excluded where permitted by law. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return postage. Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before arranging a return so that we can provide instructions.

9. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and ensure that someone can receive the order. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use website content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Thornberry name, website design, original text, graphics and other original website content belong to Thornberry Shop or its licensors. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission.

11. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data. Payment information is handled by the payment providers presented at checkout.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order.
