These Terms of Use apply when you visit thornberryshop.com or buy products from Thornberry Shop. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
1. About Thornberry Shop
Thornberry Shop is the trading name of Thornberryshop Limited, an online jewellery retailer.

2. Products and product information
We source and curate products from selected third-party suppliers. We do not manufacture every item sold on the website. Some products may be shipped directly to customers by our fulfilment partners in China. Thornberryshop Limited remains the retailer responsible for your order, customer service, returns and refunds.
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and scale may vary slightly between screens, photography and the finished item. Materials, measurements, fit, care information and any product-specific warnings shown on the relevant product page form part of the product description.
Product availability can change. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.
3. Prices and promotions
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The product price, delivery charge and any applicable discount shown at checkout make up your order total. Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction charges.
Promotional codes must be entered before payment and cannot normally be applied retrospectively. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.
4. Placing an order
After you place an order, we will send an order acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request but does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we accept the order and begin processing it.
We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, the delivery address is outside our supported area, information is incomplete, a price or product error is identified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. These currently include supported credit and debit cards processed through WooPayments, and Apple Pay or Google Pay when available on the customer’s device and browser. Availability can vary by device, bank and order. We do not currently offer PayPal, Shop Pay, bank transfer, cash on delivery or cryptocurrency.
Payment information is handled securely by the payment provider presented at checkout. Thornberry Shop does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. More information is available on our Payment Methods page.
6. UK delivery
We currently deliver only to addresses in the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is £5, and delivery is free when the order subtotal reaches £50 after discounts.
Our estimated total delivery time is 5–14 working days. This estimate includes the usual 1–3 working day processing period. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Full details are available in our Shipping Methods & Costs policy.
7. Cancellations, returns and exchanges
You may ask us to cancel an order before dispatch, although cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
For eligible items, Thornberry Shop offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This commercial policy does not replace or reduce your statutory cancellation rights. Contact us before sending anything back and follow the instructions in our Cancellation & Return Policy.
Items must normally be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging. Personalised items and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken may be excluded where permitted by law. For a non-fault return or exchange, the customer is responsible for return postage and, for an exchange, the cost of sending the replacement item.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately and your statutory rights remain unaffected. Contact us before arranging a return so that we can provide instructions.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where statutory cancellation rights apply, we will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving acceptable evidence that the goods were sent back, as applicable. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return postage. Original delivery charges are handled in accordance with applicable law and our Cancellation & Return Policy.
9. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and ensure that someone can receive the order. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, or use website content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Thornberry Shop name, website design, original text, graphics and other original website content belong to Thornberryshop Limited or its licensors. Supplier-owned product names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners. Website content may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet applicable legal requirements.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. Payment information is handled by the payment providers presented at checkout.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order.
